This download is labeled as a quiz, but could also be used as practice activity, homework assignment, exit ticket or review. This assessment can be used to assess students after the Solving Quadratics by Completing the Square Guided Notes & Practice resource. The questions are set up in such a way to easily determine if students understand each piece of the completing the square process. I have used the different versions of the quiz for different class periods or absent students, as well as a study guide for students to review. Plenty of space is provided for students to show work directly on the assessment. I usually give students 15 minutes to complete the quiz. Print a copy of the answer key for yourself and decide how many points each question should be worth. Make enough copies of the quiz for all students in your class.
